Vista won't identify my graphics card

I have a 256 Nvidia Go 7800 graphics card on my laptop, but Vista fails to recognize it. I have tried to download the Vista Beta 2 Driver from Nvidia's website and install it but as soon as Installshield opens, it gives me an error message that my hardware does not support the drivers and so setup immediately closes. What else can I do? I'm about to take out the thousands of screws on the bottom side of this thing and manually re-install the card so Windows has to recognize it.

I have the same problem with the same card. Removing the card though will not help. I haven't tried the Vista driver. I will download it and try it. I'll keep you posted.
